Terms of Service

Stagionaly is a digital intermediation platform connecting job candidates with hospitality and restaurant establishments. Stagionaly is not a party to any employment relationship that may arise between users and is not responsible for the terms, duration, or outcome of such relationships.

By using the platform, users fully accept these Terms of Service. Anyone who does not accept these terms is not authorised to use the service.

Users agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Publishing false, misleading, or impersonating content is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

Establishments posting job offers declare that they are duly constituted companies registered in Italy, holding a valid Italian VAT number (Partita IVA). Stagionaly reserves the right to request supporting documentation before activating an employer account.

Any reviews or ratings published on the platform must be based on genuine, direct experiences. Publishing false, defamatory, or financially incentivised content is prohibited.

Stagionaly reserves the right to suspend or close accounts, with or without prior notice, when they:

• violate these Terms;
• publish inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content;
• compromise the proper functioning of the platform or the safety of other users.

Stagionaly does not guarantee the accuracy of user-published information or the outcome of selection processes. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind regarding continuous availability or fitness for a specific purpose.

Stagionaly may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by email with at least 15 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after that period implies acceptance of the new terms.
